The Healing Power of Reflexology
The service I offer is a relaxing therapy which is non-invasive, complementary treatment where you remain fully clothed. The areas touched are feet and ankles. I bring my own reflexology chair and relaxing music to enable you unwind and enjoy a feeling of well-being.
Reflexology can be used to help restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. This gently therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own health balance. It is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
